Isle of Man guide prices
Island rates, not mainland cheap-as-chips. Travel is in the figure. Send pictures or a short video first — I don’t do look-see call-outs. Steep banks and long grass may cost more.
| The job | Guide price | What’s in it |
|---|---|---|
| Small lawn | From £30 | Front garden or a modest back. Battery cut, edges, blow the path. |
| Typical Manx lawn | From £40 | Most houses. Cut, edge, strim the awkward bits, take the clippings. |
| Large lawn | From £55 | Longer run, extra boxes. Still one visit. |
| First cut / it’s got away | From £60 | High grass takes longer and fills the box. After that, ordinary rates. |
| Small hedge | From £40 | Garden hedge at a sensible height. Battery trimmer, clippings cleared. |
| Lawn and hedge together | From £65 | Same visit. Cheaper than booking them apart. |
| Moss and feed | From £35 | On top of a cut, or on its own if the grass is already short. |
| Scarify / aerate | From £70 | Seasonal rescue. Looks rough for a bit. Then it grows. |
Regular fortnightly work in the growing season is usually a little less per visit than a one-off. Pay by bank transfer or cash when we agree the job.
