Regular cutting
Fortnightly in the growing season, or a one-off when it has got away from you. Stripes if the ground allows. Box emptied, edges tidy.
Isle of Man · battery kit · no petrol
I’m not digging it.
The grass, and the hedge if it needs a trim. Battery mower, hedge trimmer, strimmer — quiet, no fumes, no two-stroke racket for the neighbours.
Plain English
I look after lawns across the Isle of Man. Cutting, edging, feeding, moss, and a hedge trim when you’re standing there looking at it. All on battery kit.
I don’t do borders, patios, tree work or “while you’re here, could you just dig out the beds”. That’s someone else’s afternoon. Mine is the lawn — and the hedge, if we agreed it.
The work
Fortnightly in the growing season, or a one-off when it has got away from you. Stripes if the ground allows. Box emptied, edges tidy.
Manx weather loves moss. Seasonal feed and treatments so grass wins the argument instead of the yellow stuff.
Battery hedge trimmer and strimmer for the bits that make the lawn look finished. Garden hedges, not trees.

Where
If you have a lawn on the Isle of Man, ask. Travel is built into the quote so you’re not guessing.
The kit
No two-stroke smell hanging in the washing. Quiet enough that you can still hear the radio. Better for the Island, better for next door, easier on me.
I’m not digging it.
